Payment details

IH Riviera Maya is a joint venture with International House Barcelona. Payment can be made to either IH Riviera Maya or IH Barcelona.

Payment in US$

Payment in US$ can be made by bank transfer to our bank account in Mexico (not by cheque or credit card). Transfers in US$ should be made to our bank account in Mexico, please see details below. Please scan and email the proof of payment to secure your place.

Payment in euros

Payment in euros can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit card.

Please note that the equivalent of the dollar fee will be charged: the euro equivalent will fluctuate according to the currency exchange on the day the card is charged.

Transfers in euros should be made to our bank account in Spain (details, below). Please scan and email the proof of payment to secure your place.

Other information

Please note that transfers in euros incur bank charges: please add €15 euros to the cost of the course.

Cheques in euros also incur bank charges: please add €18 to the cost of the course.

Payment in Mexico

Payment can be made in cash and by credit card in person at the school reception in Playa del Carmen. We regret that we cannot accept payment by traveller's cheque.

Cancellations

All cancellations incur 10% administration charge.

In the case of cancellation six weeks or more before the course starting date, 20% of our total fee will be retained.

With less than six weeks' notice, 50% of our total fee will be retained.

If cancellation occurs in the final ten days before the starting date our total fee will be retained.

No refunds are made in the event of failure to complete the course.

You should not make any payment for the course until you have been interviewed and accepted.
